please remove carpet

the location is great! the staff was very nice and was responsive to all needs. the carpets need to be removed, as they are gross. the elevator only worked half of the time, the other half i didn't trust it. w were in an updated room and the bathroom shower was very small and i am not a big person( 135lbs) and i was a little nervous in the shower. there was hot water in the shower but no hot water in the sink to wash hands. again, i can't stress enough that all carpets need to be removed an replaced with something that can be easily claned.
